Our beautiful blue enamel flatback sea turtle earrings were designed by artist Steve King and crafted of fine sterling silver and hand applied, cloisonne enamel.
Flatback sea turtles are so named because their shells are extremely flat. While adult flatbacks are olive green, hatchlings are bright blue. This critically endangered sea turtle species is found only in the waters of Papua New Guinea and Australia.
