 Shipping & Delivery:

We normally ship orders out within 1-2 business days. If there will be a delay or if you order a back ordered item we will contact you.

U.S. Shipping & Tracking Information:

Shipping policy

Fast, Flat Rate Shipping:

  • Enjoy simple, predictable FREE USPS Standard shipping available for orders of $75.00 or more - $4.95 for orders less than $75.00 -no surprises at checkout!
  • Priority 2-3 Day Shipping Available for $9.00.
  • Most Items Ship via USPS First Class or USPS Priority and will be delivered with your regular mail Monday - Saturday.
  • (Note: Some Eyeglass Holders are Shipped via UPS Ground. This will be noted on the Product Details Tab and may require additional time for delivery depending on your location. If you are in doubt, please contact us!)
  • Most orders ship within 1-2 business days.
  • Flat Rate Shipping Delivery time is approx. 3-5 business days.

 

Tracking Info:

We will send you Tracking Info via Email so please add Sales@ArtistGifts.com to your approved sender's list.

Other Shipping Options:

Priority 2-3 Day Shipping within the U.S. (including Alaska & Hawaii):

  • U.S. Postal Service - Priority Shipping is only $9.00 - per order unless we have a shipping promotion.
  • We will send you Tracking Info via Email so please add info@ArtistGifts.com to your approved sender's list.
  • Delivery is usually 2-3 business days from the date your order is shipped, however, your package may take longer depending on holidays, weather conditions and your location.
  • Delivery time is not guaranteed, we will Email you with tracking information once your order is shipped.
  • All items are available for Priority shipping unless noted that they ship via UPS on the Product Details Tab.

Express Guaranteed Shipping:

Sorry Overnight Delivery is not currently available but we can ship some items via 2nd Day Guaranteed for an extra charge.

International Shipping:

We currently ship only within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. 

Returns & Exchanges:
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order from ArtistGifts.com. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase or gift, we will gladly exchange or refund the purchase price of your new and unused merchandise within 60 days of delivery. We offer Free Return Shipping on Exchanges.

If emailing us please include the following information:

  • Your Order Number (if available)
  • If don't have the order number, the name of the person who made the purchase.
  • Your Name
  • Your Phone Number
  • A description of the item(s)
  • Please indicate the action you would like taken.
Ordering:

We Accept - Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Debit Cards ShopPay and other Payment methods. 
You can order online via our secure check out using a credit or debit card,  PayPal or a variety of online Payment Methods.
If for any reason you do not wish to order online, we will gladly take your order by phone during our normal business hours. Just call us at: 541-238-5521.
We also accept check or money orders. Please email us or call to confirm availability and total order amount.

Gift Orders & Gift Services:

At ArtistGifts.com we specialize in gifts! During Checkout you can choose to have us mail your gift directly to the recipient. Don't worry about prices, we will not include them with your gift. Instead, you will receive your receipt via Email and your recipient will receive their gift with only the order number and who has sent it. We also have different gift options including gift wrap, gift box or greeting cards, depending on the product. You will find available options when ordering.

Broken, Damaged or Defective Items:

In the unlikely event you receive a broken, damaged or defective item please Contact Us as soon as possible via email: Service@ArtistGifts.com or Call us at: 541-238-5521. We will promptly replace the item at no cost to you and arrange for it to be returned to us if necessary. (Many issues can be handled without returning an item if you send us a photo via email or smart phone.)
Note: Please keep packaging and contents until you hear from us as without them we can not process a damage claim.

Customer Account and Order Information:

You will receive an email and or text with your order information when you place an order. If you would like to access your order information online or update your account information you can do so by using the Account Link at the top of our website. 

Privacy & Security:

All information which you provide to us is confidential and we will never sell or share this information. We do however require your Email address when ordering online to confirm your order-receipt and/or if we need to contact you regarding any issues with your purchase, for example, an item may be currently out of stock, or we might need to clarify shipping info.
